Job role

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team by providing coaching, mentoring, and continuous performance feedback.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
4. Oversee all showroom operations, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and professional retail environment.
