Key responsibilities barista / front of house

1. Barista duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
2. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers with their orders, and handle any inquiries or complaints professionally.
3. Inventory management: Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
4. Cleanliness and organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements for barista / front of house

1. Must be fluent in English.
2. Proven experience as a steward or barista.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
5. Friendly and outgoing personality.

Requirements for commi I

1. Proven experience as a commi I.
2. Experience in Chinese, Sri Lankan and Italian cuisine.
3. Excellent communication and team management.

Kitchen helpers no experience needed.
