Restaurant Supervisor

Malkadol Resort in Negombo is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to support and oversee restaurant operations.

Requirements

The applicants should have:

1. Diploma in hospitality, F&B, or related field
2. 2–4 years’ experience in F&B; 1 year in a supervisory role
3. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
4. Good English communication; additional languages are a plus
5. Ability to handle guest issues professionally
6. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
8. Basic knowledge of POS and restaurant systems
9. Experience in scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
10. Well-groomed, energetic, and customer-focused
11. Detail-oriented with a focus on high service standards
