If your answer is yes, then look no further – we’ve got the right opportunity for you! We are an upcoming restaurant opening soon in Colombo 7, with the capacity to serve over 150 guests. Our restaurant features a cocktail bar, coffee bar counters, pizzeria, and a fully equipped pastry kitchen. We specialize in high-end Italian, Western, Sri Lankan, Mexican, and Mediterranean cuisine offering a premium dining experience in a modern and vibrant setting. As we prepare for our opening, we are currently looking to hire passionate and skilled individuals for the following position(s).
Desired skills, experiences and expectations
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position
- Past work experience in 3-5 star hotels or restaurants
- A diploma/ certificate in the hospitality industry from a recognized institution (an added advantage)
- Attention to detail, knowledge of ingredients and an anesthetic/artistic eye
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, and guests
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, confidence, and commitment
