Candidate profile

1. Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor/manager is required.
2. Experience in quick service restaurant will be an added advantage.
3. Proven ability to drive restaurant sales and achieve targets.
4. Good knowledge of food safety regulations.
5. Age between 30–50 years.
