Key responsibilities
- Handle villa reservations and ensure timely, accurate communication with guests and partners.
- Manage booking platforms (OTAs, direct bookings, travel agents) and update rates/availability.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Coordinate with villa operations to ensure smooth guest experiences from booking to departure.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners to maximize repeat and referral business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare sales and reservations reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & skills
- 2–4 years of experience in reservations, sales, or hospitality (luxury experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with reservation systems, OTAs, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel and luxury hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field will be an added advantage.
