Regional Sales Executive

Qualification & experience

  1. Previous 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or dealer coordination within the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build, maintain, and develop dealer and customer relationships.
  4. Capable of identifying and onboarding new dealers while supporting existing dealer networks.
  5. Passion for and basic knowledge of motorcycles and the automotive industry.
  6. Qualifications (full or partial) in marketing, business management, or a related field are preferred.
  7. Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
  8. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and focused on meeting sales objectives.

Requirements

  1. Support motorcycle sales and dealer development activities within assigned regions.
  2. Identify and develop new dealer opportunities.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
  4. Assist in achieving regional sales targets and market expansion goals.
  5. Coordinate promotional and marketing activities.
  6. Conduct market visits and gather competitor and customer feedback.
  7. Support after-sales coordination and dealer requirements.
  8. Prepare sales and market-related reports when required.
