Regional leasing officer – east region

Job responsibilities

1. Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and organizing leasing campaigns within the designated region.
3. Achieve individual set sales and profitability targets.
4. Preparing lead generation proposals for line manager approvals.
5. Maintain strong relationship with existing customers by addressing inquiries & concerns.
6. Implement customer retention strategies to enhance long term business relationship.
7. Oversee the timely recovery of outstanding payments and debts.
8. Implement effective debt recovery strategies and processes in adhering to bank guidelines.
9. Conduct field visits to locate delinquent customers for the recovery and investigation purpose.
10. Coordinate with branches in designated region to streamline and expedite the legal file transferring process.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in banking with exposure to leasing/ marketing and sales.
2. Sound knowledge of leasing and lending products.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with good communication abilities.
4. Full or part professional qualification in marketing/ sales would be an added advantage.
