Refrigeration Technician

Person specification & qualification

1. Minimum 2 years of experience
2. Technical qualification (NVQ 4 or a diploma in ref & AC)

Duties and responsibilities

1. Installation and repair of air conditioning units, AHUs, and VRF systems
2. Electrical and machinery troubleshooting of refrigeration & AC systems
3. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
4. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability
5. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
6. Provide technical support and training to junior technicians
7. Prepare accurate and timely service documentation
8. Experience in operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems would be an added advantage
