Recruitment Consultant

Key responsibilities

1. Source top talent using LinkedIn and various social media platforms.
2. Conduct initial candidate discussions via Zoom or phone calls.
3. Prepare detailed candidate profile summaries prior to handover to recruitment consultants.
4. Maintain strict compliance with documentation standards and protocols.
5. Work under pressure to meet and exceed individual and team targets.

Required experience

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
2. Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) to suit the Australian & New Zealand markets.
3. Professional business writing and telephone etiquette skills.
4. Academic qualifications completed in English medium.
5. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and performance targets.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital recruitment tools.
7. Sales aptitude and solid negotiation skills.
8. Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including candidate sourcing and lead generation.
