Key responsibilities
- Source top talent using LinkedIn and various social media platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions via Zoom or phone calls.
- Prepare detailed candidate profile summaries prior to handover to recruitment consultants.
- Maintain strict compliance with documentation standards and protocols.
- Work under pressure to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Required experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) to suit the Australian & New Zealand markets.
- Professional business writing and telephone etiquette skills.
- Academic qualifications completed in English medium.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and performance targets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital recruitment tools.
- Sales aptitude and solid negotiation skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including candidate sourcing and lead generation.
