Requirements

  1. Minimum G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
  2. Prior experience in a call center or debt collection role is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil or English communication skills will be an added advantage.

Perks

  1. High performers can earn up to LKR 135,000+ per month.
  2. Overtime pay for working on holidays.

Working shift: Monday – Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)

Saturday – (8.30 am – 1.30 pm)
