Recoveries officers

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
2. Educational or professional qualifications in business, credit, or finance would be an added advantage.
3. Dynamic and performance-driven personality.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Recoveries call center

1. Prior experience in customer service or recovery-related roles is preferred.
2. Passed G.C.E. A/L.
3. Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and/or English.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
