Candidate profile
- Ability to organize work and maintain a professional atmosphere in the reception front office area.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Co-ordinate with guests and provide necessary information and support.
- Co-ordinate the mail system & follow of information both internally and externally.
- Possess strong administrative skills.
- Energetic and the ability to multi-task effectively by co-ordination and supporting other departments.
- Conversant with MS Office.
- Age between 18-30 years.
Job responsibility
- Welcome visitors at front desk and direct them to relevant divisions.
- Administrate visitors movement at head office.
- Manage inbound calls and direct to relevant party.
- Administrate internal mail circulation process through the shuttle service.
- Attend to other back-office functions as and when it is required.
