About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive receptionist to be the first point of contact and create a positive experience for our clients and visitors.

Requirements

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Must be able to speak Sinhala, English, and Tamil.
  3. Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  4. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Job responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist clients and visitors.
  2. Answer phone calls and manage inquiries, including outgoing calls.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  4. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
