Real Estate Investment Advisor

Key responsibilities

1. Building and maintaining robust pipeline of clients
2. Advising clients on real estate investment decisions across all segments of the industry
3. Negotiating best terms for clients and completing transactions
4. Helping build inventory for the company

Skills and qualifications

1. Degree or professional qualification in a related field
2. At least 2 years of prior experience in sales or business development role
3. Experience in using CRM software will be an added advantage
4. Strong command of the English language is mandatory
5. Strong inter-personal skills
