R&DI Executive

The role

1. Conduct lab tests to support new product development.
2. Operate and maintain standard lab equipment.
3. Ensure lab is well-stocked and organized.
4. Support field trials and product evaluations.
5. Assist with lab housekeeping and HSES audits.
6. Handle color sample prep and manage complaints.
7. Carry out assigned lab work following safety protocols.
8. Support plant trials and formulation adjustments.
9. Investigate product complaints and recommend solutions.

About you

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
2. Knowledge of laboratory practices and experience handling lab equipment.
3. Familiarity with color formulation tools is an added advantage.
4. Awareness of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in lab settings.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain detailed records.
7. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

The position will be on contract basis.
