Requirements

• Professional Qualification relevant to the post
• 2 to 3 years Experience. Preferably in the Aluminum fabrication Industry
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organization, managerial and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge in AutoCAD
• Knowledge in preparing BOQ and rating. Etc…

Job Description

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirement
• Liaising with site manager clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs
• Keep track of construction materials and inventory
• Preparation of progress reports and Estimates
