Quantity surveyor

We are looking for a quantity surveyor with site-based experience in medium-rise & high-rise apartment building projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying (BSc QS)
2. Minimum 5 years with experience as a site quantity surveyor
3. Strong knowledge of measurement, subcontractor administration, interim valuations, cost control, and final accounts.
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Senior quantity surveyor

We are also seeking a senior quantity surveyor with site-based experience in medium-rise & high-rise apartment building projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying (BSc QS)
2. Minimum 10 years with experience as a site quantity surveyor
3. Strong knowledge of measurement, subcontractor administration, interim valuations, cost control, and final accounts.
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.
