Quantity surveyor (QS)

Job role

You will play a key role in our housing projects, managing costs from design to completion of the house. Knowledge in computer literacy is essential to carry out record keeping, preparation of work schedules and reports.

Requirements

1. NCT or Diploma (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying.
2. Below 35 years of age with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in house construction.
3. Strong accuracy and attention to detail in pre- and post-costing work.
4. Experience as a Draughtsman in house construction will be considered an added advantage.
