Key responsibilities

1. Preparation of BOQ for projects.
2. Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and cost control.
3. Preparing and issuing subcontractor enquiries and analysing tenders.
4. Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
5. Assisting with procurement of materials and subcontractors.
6. Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance.
7. Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams.
8. Age below 35 years.

Requirements

1. Degree in quantity surveying or a related discipline.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
4. Good understanding of construction processes.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & AutoCAD.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
