Quantity Surveyor

J.N. Interiors is a leading interior designing and civil construction company which has earned its reputation for interior designing in Sri Lanka since 1998. We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, self-motivated personal to suit our requirements and to grow with our company for the following vacancy:

Scope of work

1. Preparing estimates
2. Taking site measurements and prepare interim bills & final bills.
3. Project costing
4. Tendering procedure (compulsory)
5. Knowledge with ELV and civil work preferred
6. Quotation preparation (compulsory)

Qualifications and skills required

1. Age between 25 – 35
2. Degree/ HND in QS qualified or equal qualification
3. More than 2 years’ experience
4. Experience in the interior designing field will be an added benefit

Salary negotiable.
