Quantity surveyor

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
2. Measure and value work done on-site for progress claims and variations.
3. Support in evaluating subcontractor quotations and preparing comparisons.
4. Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
5. Coordinate with the project, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all QS-related activities.

Requirements

1. B.Sc. (Hons) in quantity surveying or equivalent qualification.
2. 0–2 years of experience in the construction industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
3. Sound knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
4. Good communication and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
