Quality Controller

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our growing team in our effort to be committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency in every product we deliver to markets.

Key responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the production and packaging process at our food processing facility.
2. Conduct sensory evaluations and physical inspections as required.
3. Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality and food safety standards.
4. Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation.
5. Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
6. Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory requirements.
7. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and internal audits.

Candidate requirements

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a food processing facility.
2. Diploma or degree in food science or quality management or a related field.
3. Sound knowledge of food safety standards.
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. Good communication and report-writing skills in English.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
