Quality Assurance – Senior Executive

Pasyale Ayurveda Osu (Pvt) Ltd is one of the leading ayurvedic medicine manufacturer in the market established over 65 years, is now looking for young, energetic, self-motivated and talented persons to join with us while we grow the ladder of success.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented quality assurance executive to oversee product quality, hygiene standards and regulatory compliance throughout our production processes.

Main responsibilities

1. Process quality checking, quality testing and sampling.
2. Implementing, sustaining quality management system ISO 9001, food safety management system ISO 22000, SLS standards and other relevant standards.
3. Document handling and record keeping.
4. Good manufacturing practices (GMP).
5. Test equipment handling.
6. Handling customer complaints.
7. Coordinate with external labs and regulatory bodies for audits and certifications.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in biological science, food science or diploma in food science.
2. Minimum 2-3 year experience in QA/QC preferably in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP and other relevant quality systems.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage quality control activities.
6. Ability to handle customer complaints.
7. Route case analysis and process improvements.
