Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of quality and regulatory affairs manager to lead our quality assurance and regulatory compliance functions within the perfume and cosmetics manufacturing sector.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, cosmetic science, pharmacy, biochemistry, or chemical engineering.
2. ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certification is strongly preferred.
3. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, specifically within the perfume and/or cosmetics manufacturing industry.
4. Proven track record of implementing and maintaining ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP).

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and maintain the quality management system aligned with ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP).
2. Ensure all perfume and cosmetic products comply with local and international regulatory requirements before market release.
3. Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities (e.g., SLSI, NMRA) for product registrations.
4. Coordinate with R&D, production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operation.
5. Lead internal and external audits (ISO 22716, ISO 9001) and manage CAPA systems.
6. Train production and QA staff on cosmetics GMP and regulatory updates.
