QA Engineers

Rajida Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a leading software solutions provider for Cooperative Banks and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), serving over 750 organizations locally and internationally, with 20 years of industry experience.
We are currently seeking highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineers to join our new, dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution
• Perform manual and automated testing of web / desktop and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle
• Conduct performance, security, and usability testing
• Provide feedback to improve product reliability and user experience
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
• 1+ years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Meter)
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
