Property Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Manage the daily operations and overall presentation of the hotel property.
2. Act as the primary point of contact, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Ensure boutique hotel standards, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality are maintained throughout the property.
4. Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet exceptional quality standards.
5. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
6. Monitor property safety, security, and compliance requirements.
7. Work closely with government authorities to obtain the required approvals.
8. Liaise with senior management to implement strategic goals and policies.
9. Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar role.
10. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
11. Be fully or partially qualified with a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering.
12. Be willing to reside on-site as part of the role and travel between properties.
13. Be proficient in software such as Google Workspace for email, reporting, and analysis, as well as property management systems, and be AI literate.
14. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence are essential.
15. Male candidate below 40 years of age.
