What you’ll do

  1. Drive project sales: Identify and secure lighting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  2. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  3. Tailored solutions: Work with the technical team to provide customized lighting designs and solutions that meet client requirements.
  4. Quotations & proposals: Prepare and present detailed project proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  5. Market development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  6. Project coordination: Ensure seamless execution of projects, coordinating between clients, technical teams, and suppliers.

What we’re looking for

  1. Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting or construction industry.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Knowledge of lighting concepts (e.g., CRI, lumens, CCT, IP ratings) is a plus.
  4. Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  5. A proactive attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
