What you’ll do
- Drive project sales: Identify and secure lighting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Tailored solutions: Work with the technical team to provide customized lighting designs and solutions that meet client requirements.
- Quotations & proposals: Prepare and present detailed project proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Market development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Project coordination: Ensure seamless execution of projects, coordinating between clients, technical teams, and suppliers.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of lighting concepts (e.g., CRI, lumens, CCT, IP ratings) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
