Job summary

CA Sri Lanka is seeking an experienced ERP implementation project manager to lead the successful deployment of an ERP system. The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of managing complex ERP projects from initiation to closure. (Two year contract period)

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the ERP implementation project.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the ERP system meets business needs.
  3. Manage relationships with ERP vendors and third-party consultants.
  4. Oversee project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  5. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan.
  6. Ensure the ERP system is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  7. Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure a smooth transition to the client’s internal teams.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  2. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  3. 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementations, preferably in [specific industry].
  4. Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
