Key qualifications & experience

1. Education: BSc (Civil) Engineering. A postgraduate degree in Project Management is highly preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years specifically acting as a Project Manager managing building construction projects and related infrastructure.
3. Technical proficiency: Must be conversant with MS Project and standard contract documents such as FIDIC, CIDA, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess

1. Prior experience working within consultancy organizations.
2. Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
3. Sound technical knowledge and expertise in building construction complexes.
