Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating at the divisional secretariat level in implementing development projects.
  2. Preparing necessary data, information, and reports for project activities.
  3. Monitoring and evaluating project progress.
  4. Working closely with project teams.
  5. Contributing to achieving project objectives.
  6. Preparing and submitting project reports.
  7. Maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  8. Managing resources required for project activities.
  9. Organizing training programs required for project activities.
  10. Assisting in financial management required for project activities.
  11. Performing necessary administrative tasks for project activities.
  12. Fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements for project activities.
  13. Performing necessary communication tasks for project activities.
  14. Performing other necessary tasks for project activities.

Requirements

  1. Not exceeding 40 years of age (age limit relaxed for applicants currently serving in a divisional secretariat).
  2. Passed G.C.E. advanced level.
  3. Computer literacy.
  4. English language knowledge.
  5. A degree or diploma in project management, social development, community development, or a related field is an advantage.
  6. Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work in a team.
  9. Ability to work independently.
  10. Ability to work under pressure.
  11. Problem-solving ability.
  12. Time management skills.
  13. Knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
