Production supervisor – Hanwella

Responsibilities

1. Assign responsibilities and oversee production workers.
2. Maintain the records of daily production (RM/PM and machine performance).
3. Monitor and evaluate production efficiency & determine quality standards.
4. Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

1. Passed GCE advance level in science/mathematics/commerce scheme or diploma in agriculture / manufacturing management.
2. Good knowledge in GMP, HACCP and other food quality standards will be an added advantage.
3. Excellent communication skills/IT skills with proficiency in MS office.
4. Willingness to work extended work hours and during weekends.
