Production supervisor

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily production and workshop activities.
2. Manage production teams to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
3. Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.
4. Monitor workflow, productivity, and proper resource utilization.
5. Maintain discipline, safety standards, and team coordination within the workshop.
6. Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure timely project completion.
7. Prepare and report production progress and operational updates to management.

Requirements

1. 2 – 3 years of experience in production or workshop supervision.
2. Proven experience managing large technical teams and complex projects.
3. Diploma or higher diploma in production management, mechanical / automotive technology, or industrial engineering.
4. NVQ level 5 / level 6 in a relevant technical field will be an added advantage.
