Production Supervisor

As an international company with locations in Germany, Sri Lanka, USA and India we’re developing and producing high sophisticated stamping, injection molding, hybrid and system parts for customers in different industries across the globe. We are continuously expanding and therefore we are looking for high qualified and motivated employees. For strong personalities willing to be part of the continuous growth of the company group.

Your tasks

1. Disciplinary leadership of the production team including molding, stamping and special processes
2. Execute production schedules by assigning staff, establishing priorities, and monitoring progress throughout the production floor
3. Ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness and customer deadlines
4. Review production and operating reports (OEE) and resolve operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays
5. Communicate with department supervisors/managers to ensure quality of production and efficient operational standards
6. Responsible of machine maintenance in terms of preventive service as well as identifying and rectifying machine troubles
7. Process optimization and reduction of cycle/process and production time
8. Continuous further development of the employees through training and education measures
9. Working under two or three shift model

Your profile

1. Degree in engineering or technician, ideally in the fields of mechanical engineering/ precision engineering/ stamping technology/ injection molding technology
2. Several years of production experience in industrial environment preferably automotive
3. Solid experience in planning and controlling of production processes
4. High quality awareness, reliability, independent working method
5. Good computer literacy
6. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
7. Hands-on mentality
