PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

We are a market-leading cosmetic and Ayurvedic products manufacturing company based in Panadura. We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals for the above position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out batch manufacturing in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Ensure GMP compliance is maintained throughout the production environment.
• Maintain, update, and accurately handle all relevant production documents and records.
• Supervise and coordinate shop-floor labor to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely achievement of output goals.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production requirements.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• A recognized Degree or Diploma in Production, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• More than 1 year of experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry (Added Advantage).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong team-working ability and willingness to work extra hours when required.
• Residence near Panadura will be an added advantage.
