Production Executive

Econopack Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a leading packaging solutions provider committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Executive.

Key responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
2. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
3. Monitor production quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary.
4. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
5. Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
6. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

Requirements

1. Diploma / degree in production management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of production planning and quality management systems will be an added advantage.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
