Requirements

1. Passed in the G.C.E. (A/L) examination
2. NVQ level 04 qualification
3. Minimum 03 years’ experience in the field of organic fertilizer production, quality management and farm management in a reputed mercantile establishment
4. Age below 30 years
5. Candidates living in the Puttalam area will be given priority
