About the company

Grand Link Apparel (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturing company located in Beruwala, Sri Lanka. We are specialized in denim ladies wear, catering to elite client in local market. We are seeking a self motivated individual to join our team of professionals for the above position at our Beruwela factory.

Key requirements

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a garment factory or related field.
2. Good communication and coordination skills.
3. Diploma or degree in production operations, apparel or management is an added advantage.
4. Computer literacy in (Excel/email/reporting).
5. Strong problem solving skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily production and operations.
2. Follow up on production schedules and deadlines.
3. Track orders and production status.
4. Communicate with cutting, sewing, finishing and packing departments.
5. Ensure quality and delivery targets are met.
