Candidate requirements

1. G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
2. Age below 50 years preferred.
3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications).
4. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills with knowledge of English.
6. Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Production coordinator / data entry operator

1. Handling and maintaining purchase orders (internal / external).
2. Checking inventory records and stock books on a monthly basis.
3. Supply chain analysis.
4. Data entry related to purchases, stock, and job cards for costing purposes.
5. Coordination of vehicle maintenance, inspections, licenses, insurance, renewals, etc.

Finance assistant

1. Fully or partly qualified in AAT or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Good computer literacy with knowledge of the QuickBooks Accounting Package.

Store keeper / data entry operator

1. Maintaining inventory records of precision equipment, tools, raw materials (local and imported), and semi-finished goods.
2. Issuing tools, raw materials, and semi-finished goods.
3. Daily monitoring and tracking of tools.
4. Maintaining and updating stock card systems upon issue and receipt of goods.
5. Confirming receipt of local and imported goods through goods receiving notes (GRN) and maintaining records.
6. Maintaining minimum re-order levels for raw materials.
7. Planning imported item orders at least 04 months in advance to avoid shortages.
8. Conducting periodic inventories of tools and equipment.
