Sisili Hanaro Encare is an environmental engineering company and leader in clinical waste management in Sri Lanka, where our services are much needed. Our philosophy also extends beyond waste management in that we consider us as part of a circular system where all material from our day-to-day lives can be applied in various processing cycles.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct pre-feasibility studies and recommend suitable technologies.
2. Collaborate on refinery project design, development, cost estimation, and technical specifications.
3. Ensure timely delivery of reports and project milestones.
4. Oversee process optimization, testing, and commissioning.
5. Ensure compliance with EHS standards.
6. Coordinate with project stakeholders and relevant agencies.
7. Monitor project progress and prepare management reports.
8. Willing to work on-site/in the field as required.

Requirements

1. Degree in Chemical Engineering/Petroleum engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in oil refining or petrochemical industry.
3. Knowledge and experience of oil sludge / petroleum refinery process design and control systems.
4. Ability to work on MS projects and AutoCAD.
5. Familiarity with simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, etc.) will be added advantage.
6. Fluent in English writing and communication.
