Pre-Sales Analyst (Software Solutions)
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Analyst (Software Solutions) to support business growth by delivering tailored software solutions to clients. This role will work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, develop compelling proposals, and drive solution alignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical capabilities, contributing to successful client engagements and project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer workshops.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into solution outlines and functional specifications.
- Support in preparing project timelines, cost estimations, and scope documentation.
- Research competitors, market trends, and industry best practices to enhance solution offerings.
- Maintain all pre-sales documentation, templates, and demonstration environments.
Required qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, or related fields.
- 1-3 years’ experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or a similar role in a software or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, enterprise systems, or SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and map them to software capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, proposal writing, and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
