Key qualifications & requirements
- Education: GCE A/L passes or a diploma/degree in business administration, management, or secretarial practices.
- Experience: A minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a personal assistant, confidential secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Language skills: Excellent command of both English and Sinhala (written and spoken).
- Technical skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professionalism: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Typical responsibilities
- Calendar management: Scheduling appointments and meetings for directors and senior management.
- Correspondence: Handling phone calls, emails, and visitor screening.
- Documentation: Preparing reports, presentations, and taking minutes of meetings.
- Logistics: Managing travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
