Payment Officer – Shift Basis

Atlas Global BPO is a well-reputed company registered and operating under the Colombo Port City Commission. We are on the lookout for passionate and driven professionals to join one of our client team.

Key responsibilities

1. Process and monitor fund-in (deposits) and resolve related issues.
2. Ensure timely and accurate payouts in line with KPI targets.
3. Coordinate with customer service and internal teams on transaction issues.
4. Monitor bank systems, downtime, and account balances.
5. Perform basic fund management, reporting, and account maintenance.
6. Maintain account security and operational accuracy.

Qualifications

1. Degree in any stream.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Experience in payment processing or a similar field will be an advantage.
4. Able to understand English-speaking.
5. Basic Excel proficiency.
6. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
