Partner Relations – Tamil Speaking (Remote)

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service to partners and clients.
2. Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results (KPIs).
4. Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
5. Manage business negotiations with partners.
6. Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
7. Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
8. Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.
9. Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues.
10. Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
11. Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches.
12. Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

1. Degree in business, marketing, finance or related fields is a must.
2. Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus.
3. Excellent oral and written skills in English, Tamil and Sinhala (proficiency in all 3 languages is mandatory).
4. Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent computer literacy.
8. Training provided for 2 weeks (paid).
