Optical Sales Executive

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on their vision needs and prescriptions
2. Conduct basic eye screening and support identification of refractive errors and vision issues
3. Provide accurate advice on optical products, lenses, and frames
4. Maintain patient/customer records accurately and systematically
5. Promote eye health awareness and educate customers on proper eye care practices
6. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in optical sales or refraction (preferred)
2. Qualification in opticianry / optical technology or related field
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Customer service-oriented with good sales and analytical ability
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
