Operations manager

Responsibilities

1. Oversee order fulfillment, dispatch schedules, and logistics operations.
2. Manage retail operations and shop teams across Nugegoda, Ahangama, and Kabalana.
3. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory control procedures.
4. Ensure visual merchandising and store standards align with the brand image.
5. Develop and improve SOPs for dispatch, returns, and inter-branch stock transfers.
6. Coordinate smooth operations between the head office and Southern retail locations.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or retail management.
2. Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery operations within Sri Lanka.
3. Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
4. Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
5. Experience in supermarket, retail, or food distribution operations will be an added advantage.
6. Degree or professional qualification in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
