Detroves Travels is looking for an experienced and motivated operations manager to join our team in Colombo.

Key requirements

1. n
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in travel operations at an inbound DMC.
3. n
4. Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka.
5. n
6. Familiarity with hotel sales contacts and supplier negotiations.
7. n
8. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
9. n
10. Ability to lead and manage an operations team.
11. n
12. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
13. n
14. Experience handling FIT, group, and MICE operations is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

2. Oversee daily travel operations and ensure smooth tour execution.
3. n
4. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers.
5. n
6. Maintain strong relationships with hotel sales teams and partners.
7. n
8. Handle operational issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
9. n
10. Support business growth through efficient operational management.
