Operations manager

Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day resort operations including front office, housekeeping, f&b, and wellness/ayurveda services.
2. Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards.
3. Manage staff performance, schedules, and operational efficiency.
4. Implement cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellness standards.

Requirements

1. Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–4 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours and reside on site if required.
6. Experience in a wellness resort will be an advantage.
