Operations executive (inbound tourism division)

Travel Pro Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and responsible operations executive to join our growing inbound tourism team.

Requirements

1. Good communication skills in English
2. Knowledge of Sri Lanka tourism destinations & hotels
3. Ability to coordinate tours, drivers, guides & bookings
4. Basic computer knowledge (email, Word, Excel, WhatsApp)
5. Experience in tourism industry will be an added advantage
6. Freshers with passion for tourism are also welcome
7. Special note: Retired persons with tourism experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

1. Handle daily tour operations
2. Coordinate with hotels, guides, and transports
3. Prepare itineraries and quotations
4. Assist foreign clients professionally
5. Ensure smooth tour arrangements from arrival to departure

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
