Operations Executive
Job purpose
To provide destination management services to overseas tour operators. Successful candidates should be self-motivated, go getting and organized individuals who enjoys working as part of a team in delivering and maintaining a premium level of service.
Qualifications
- GCE AL / IT and related qualification
- 1 year minimum relevant experience
Responsibilities and skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and email
- Sound knowledge of fleets
- Handling all job related duties in an organized manner.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Allocating and coordinating with guides and chauffeurs
- Good geographical knowledge on Sri Lanka
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- To negotiate with service providers.
- Be an active team member.
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Additional language proficiency will be advantageous
- Availability and commitment to work beyond standard working hours
